Returns and Refunds

At Fur2feather Limited we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service.

Should any product purchased from Fur2feather Limited be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given on the website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. Damages should be notified to us within 3 days of receipt.

We will ask you for photographs of any damages prior to processing a claim. When you place an order, you may be asked for delivery instructions including a ‘leave safe’ preference. Our couriers will follow these instructions wherever possible.

All returns must be notified to Fur2feather Limited within 3-7days of delivery of the product.

In the event of a customer purchasing an item from mistakenly and through no fault of Fur2featherLimited, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Fur2feather Limited unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, Fur2feather Limited reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

How to Return an Item

You can return any item by simply posting the item back to us after notifying your return intentions. You have to keep the item and its original packaging intact and accompanied by a written explanation of the return reason. Please don’t forget that you have no more than

14 days to return an item and you will need to pay the return fees.

How to Get a Refund

As soon as we receive your return, our team will analyse the case and send you an email to confirm your refund to the card used to make the purchase. Please note that the refund process can take up to 14 working days. If after that timeframe you haven’t received your refund, we suggest contacting your bank.
