We operate express delivery dispatch for orders placed before 10am, the order will then be dispatched the same day providing there is no issues with courier transportation.
All local deliveries will be made same or following day regardless time of order raised (weekends/holidays may vary)
All orders placed before 10 AM, will be packed and dispatched the same day with exception of the weekend (order after Friday 10 AM, dispatch Monday)
All orders placed after 10 AM will be dispatched the following day, all delivery times quoted are from dispatched
Any order placed over a weekend or Bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day thereafter.
All items are stock items and ready at the time of order, we do not use back orders, unless in the unlikely event, the stock has been damaged during storage in any way, then we will notify you of a small delay in despatch while we replace the stock item. If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances on a specific item, you will be contacted to establish whether you would prefer to split the order or wait for a single delivery, any additional charge for courier will be paid by fur2feather in this instance. We endeavour to supply orders accurately, however, the responsibility remains with the purchaser and user of all products to verify that the product is correct prior to use.
When you place an order, you may be asked for delivery instructions including a ‘leave safe’ preference. Our Fur2feather Team or couriers will follow these instructions wherever possible.

Please note weekends are not counted as working days. We aim to deliver all orders on time, but delays do happen from time-to-time.
Local Delivery within our 8 mile radius of SS13 the Fur2Feather Team will endeavour to Delivery within 2 working days of order, this may vary if order placed over the weekend or holiday period. Local weekend deliveries are regularly available at no extra charge, subject to staff availability.
Prior to delivery Fur2feather team will send an email confirmation or text message to confirm with you an estimated delivery time on frozen foods.
For all delivery by the Fur2feather team, someone must sign for the parcel, if this is not possible a safe place must be designated. If nobody is available to receive the goods at this estimated time and there is no safe designated place, then this must be notified at the time of receipt of our delivery confirmation mail or text. A further time slot will be advised, we cannot be responsible for missing goods from a designated place, fur2feather cannot return for re delivery.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday – excludes Bank Holidays. All deliveries are made by our courier Monday to Friday with the exception of small Royal Mail deliveries and Local deliveries made by the F2F team, these will be delivered where possible over the weekend if required.

Where We Can Deliver
We deliver to areas and addresses within the UK. We don’t currently ship to outside the country.ie: Ireland or international or off shore
Delivery to some areas may also take a little longer; please allow for additional 48-72 hours (Handling Time is included).
Please note that we are unable to ship to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.
You’ll receive your order according to the service hired. Delivery can take between Next day-two to four working days after ordering. Although we aim to deliver all orders on time, this service is provided by either Royal Mail or DX Delivery and delays can occur beyond our control from time-to-time. In case of delays, we’ll contact you by email.
- Royal Mail: 3-5 working days (including Saturdays), depending on the chosen service
- DX Delivery: next working day after dispatch
Processing and Dispatching Your Order
We put all our effort to process your order within 1 working day after receiving your payment where required. As soon as we confirm and dispatch your purchase from our warehouse, you’ll get a tracking number from one of our couriers so you can track your order on their website. You will also be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.
If we cannot process and dispatch your order within 3 working days we will contact you by email.
Please also bear in mind that card payments are automatically processed at the time of the order.
Tracking Your Courier Delivery
The service provided by any of our couriers can be fully tracked. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a mail with a tracking number. You will be able to see your tracking number within your account page or the courier’s page. We suggest using the free courier’s app to follow up the status of your parcel.
Sign Off Package Options
When confirming the delivering options, you can choose whether to receive and sign off for your delivery or opt to have your parcel left in a safe place.
In case you opt to sign for your delivery, it’s your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available at the address confirmed, or that special delivery instructions have been left when placing the order.
If you give alternative delivery instructions, please bear in mind that we won’t be liable for the cost of the replacement in case it’s missed or damaged after being left as the customer has instructed.
Finally, please note that although delivery instructions are left at time of ordering, these may not always be followed by the courier delivery driver as it is up to their discretion. But do now ask for photographic evidence of delivery point.
It is your responsibility to make sure that there is someone available to sign for your delivery or that you left special delivery instructions. If you are not in the address provided by the time your parcel arrives, our courier will attempt delivery 3 more times. You can contact us or the courier to find out the status of your delivery.
If an order has not arrived and was dispatched with Royal Mail, please wait 3 working days from the date the item was due to be delivered before contacting our support team. We will then be able to check with Royal mail or process this as a missing item.
If an order is dispatched with a courier it will be fully tracked and you should contact Customer Service on 01268 724139 as soon as you believe it may have gone missing in transit.
For all orders, regardless of delivery method, you must report missing items to us within 7 days of the date of dispatch.
